No profile, no platform history, no problem.
Most of the industry only wants drivers who already have an Uber or Bolt profile and the documents to match. That shuts out the very people who need the work most. The Academy exists to open that door.
We accept both Code 8 and Code 10 licences, walk you through the qualifications you're missing, and — if you make it through — bring you on as permanent, employed staff, not a renter.
Sponsored, or self-funded.
There are two ways to fund your path through the Academy. Both end in the same place: a qualified, employed Fleetly driver.
Corporate sponsorship
A sponsoring partner covers the cost of getting you road-ready. You bring the commitment; they fund the qualifications.

Do I need an Uber or Bolt profile already?
No. The Academy is specifically for people without an existing e-hailing profile. We help you build everything you need from the ground up.
Which licences do you accept?
Both Code 8 and Code 10 are accepted.
Am I employed at the end?
Yes. Graduates are placed as permanent, full-time Fleetly drivers — with a payslip, petrol, medical insurance, life cover and paid leave.
Do trainees get paid during training?
