Our mission is to build responsible men, reliable professionals, and future vehicle owners.

Driving with Fleetly is an opportunity to earn a meaningful income while learning discipline, stewardship, and excellence in work.

We believe that how someone manages a shift, a vehicle, and their responsibilities today can prepare them to manage far greater opportunities tomorrow.

But Fleetly is not for everyone.

This page explains exactly how the system works, what we expect of drivers, and the opportunities available to those who perform well.


 

The Opportunity

Fleetly drivers earn income through a revenue-sharing model.

For every R100 of trip revenue generated, the driver earns:

R31.80

Fleetly provides the key tools required to operate successfully:

• the vehicle
• petrol within operational guidelines
• daily vehicle washing
• fleet management support
• life cover equal to approximately one year of income

Our goal is for drivers to earn a stable and dignified income.

We aim for drivers to earn at least R10,000 per month, with a preferred target of R15,000 or more through consistent performance.


 

The Shift System

Fleetly operates a professional fleet system where vehicles run in structured shifts.

Drivers are employed full-time but work through shift allocations rather than fixed hours.

Drivers may operate within:

• two-driver vehicle systems
• three-driver vehicle systems
• rotational systems when vehicles are shared

Drivers who perform well receive more stable and consistent shifts.

Those who perform poorly may receive fewer opportunities.

This system rewards discipline and reliability.

As Scripture reminds us:

“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance.”
Proverbs 21:5

 

Performance Standards

Each vehicle category has a daily revenue target.

Drivers sharing a vehicle are expected to achieve at least 80% of the shift target.

Drivers operating a vehicle alone must achieve 120% of the target, because they have access to the vehicle for a longer period.

Fleetly monitors performance weekly to ensure that drivers are operating at sustainable levels.

Where drivers consistently fall below operational expectations, they may be placed on a short performance improvement track.

This allows drivers to understand expectations and improve.

Persistent inability to meet reasonable performance standards may lead to the end of employment.


 

Fuel Management

Fleetly provides petrol for vehicle operations.

Fuel usage is managed using a clear formula.

For every R100 in revenue generated, the fuel budget is R33.

If fuel usage exceeds this amount, the difference may be allocated to the driver.

If fuel usage is lower than the allocation, the savings are shared between the driver and the vehicle owner.

For every R1 saved, the driver receives 50 cents, and the owner receives 50 cents.

Responsible driving therefore benefits everyone.


 

Vehicle Care

Fleetly vehicles must be washed daily to maintain professional standards for passengers.

Drivers responsible for a shift must ensure the vehicle is taken to the authorised car wash.

Drivers are paid for the time spent delivering the vehicle for washing.

Failure to complete the required wash may result in a small operational penalty.

This helps ensure that every passenger experiences a clean and professional vehicle.


 

Integrity and Reporting

Fleetly operates on trust and accountability.

Drivers must submit operational reports after each shift confirming whether they drove alone or with a partner.

Honesty in reporting is essential.

The Bible reminds us:

“Whoever walks in integrity walks securely.”

Dishonesty in reporting may result in disciplinary action.


 

Health and Family Responsibility

Fleetly requires drivers to participate in basic medical insurance for themselves and their families.

We believe responsible men provide for the wellbeing of their households.

As Scripture says:

“Anyone who does not provide for their relatives… has denied the faith.”
1 Timothy 5:8

This requirement ensures drivers and their families have access to healthcare protection.


 

Recognition and Performance Rewards

Fleetly regularly runs performance competitions where top drivers are recognised and rewarded.

These incentives vary over time but are designed to reward drivers who consistently demonstrate excellence.

Drivers must meet operational standards and maintain punctual vehicle handovers in order to qualify.


 

The Long-Term Goal: Ownership

Fleetly’s vision goes beyond driving.

Our long-term goal is to help drivers become vehicle owners within the fleet.

Drivers who demonstrate reliability and strong performance may qualify for vehicle financing within approximately six months.

These vehicles can then be placed into the Fleetly fleet, allowing drivers to build income not only as drivers but also as vehicle owners.

This is how we create long-term financial progress.
